  • Align with our mission of serving Southern Arizona’s underserved children in the areas of healthcare, education, and mentorship;
  • Are operated very efficiently to provide needed services with low overhead;
  • Have highly competent and dedicated leadership, staff, and volunteers; and
  • Have proven, measurable, and long-term results.

TMC FOR CHILDREN

TMC for Children is comprised of 107 pediatric beds throughout the general, intensive and special care units. Each area is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and staffed by highly-trained personnel, including registered nurses, child-life specialists, case managers and other professionals. TMC for Children is committed to providing exceptional health care with compassion to Southern Arizona’s kids.

Literacy Connects

Literacy Connects envisions a community where every child graduates from high school, crime and poverty rates are low, a skilled workforce is fostering a thriving economy, and the arts and culture environment is second to none. Literacy Connects’ programs offer opportunities for learners of all ages to realize their potential — at school and in the workplace, as parents, as consumers and as participants in the life of our community

Parent Aid

Parent Aid is dedicated to preventing child abuse by strengthening families and our community. They are a committed and caring team of professional family support specialists who partner with families to provide support, parenting education, and mentoring, and more. Their staff is highly trained in helping families understand and overcome the challenges they face. Since 1990, Parent Aid has partnered with more than 1,500 families and 4,500 children in Pima County.

YOUTH ON THEIR OWN

Youth On Their Own is a dropout prevention program serving Pima County youth in grades 6-12 who are homeless and unaccompanied through no fault of their own. Students receive financial support, basic needs and guidance.
